I am using AOL an my picture an video quality seem poor.

Please follow step by step these simple instructions on how to change your preferences for improved picture and video quality!
These instructions are for AOL 4.0+. If you have AOL 3.0 or earlier, upgrade by using keyword UPGRADE (GO UPGRADE)

1. Click on "Preferences" under My AOL.

2. Click on WWW under preferences.

3. Click on the "Web Graphics" tab. Then uncheck "Use compressed graphics" (it is unchecked below). Then Click "OK". If "Use comprcompressed graphics" is already unchecked, do not check it - just click "OK"

4. To reload a page without compressed graphics, hold down the Control Key (Ctrl on your keyboard) and click on Reload on the AOL browser.

I am having problems viewing the content of the Website that I joined what do I do?

Problems with downloading movies:

Remember that your ability to download movies depends on your internet connection speed (56k modem, ISDN, DSL, T1 etc). The faster the connection, the quicker you'll be able to download.

If you cannot download (.mpg, .rm, .wmv) movies, you most likely don’t have the right software for viewing them. Please go and download the following:

Problems with DivX encoded .avi movies:

DivX is the name given to a video codec (a piece of software encoding and decoding video) and is based on the MPEG-4 compression format. 

If you cannot download (DivX encoded) .avi movies, you most likely don’t have the right software for viewing them. Please go and download the following:

Text seems distorted:

Please adjust your browser's font size if the pages lettering seems distorted in any way by clicking the "View" button and choosing "Text size" or "Font Size" and adjust accordingly.

UNABLE TO LOGIN

I tried to login but it does not work, why is that?

Your username and password is CaSe SeNsItIvE. Please check to see if you CAPS LOCK is on, if it is on turn it off. Please check that you actually did join Interracial Affairs and not another site. It sounds crazy but 1 in 3 people who can't get in actually joined another site, not Interracial Affairs. Refer to the information you were told to copy down when your credit card was approved. If it still does not work please contact support@interracialaffairs.com and provide the following:

I tried to login but no PASSWORD DIALOGUE BOX popped up.

I have purchased a subscription to a Website. Under what name will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

The name or 'descriptor' of the company will be the same name as the one on the order form for the site you joined.

I purchased a trial membership - will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed the initial low cost price. If you do not cancel your trial membership prior to the end of the trial, then your credit card will be billed for a standard monthly membership on a recurring basis.

Once I cancel my membership will I be billed again?

No. Once a membership is cancelled there will be no further billings.

My card has been used fraudulently in the past and now I can't join a Website. Why is this?

Anytime fraudulent activity is reported on a credit card, the card number is placed in a negative database which prevents any further transactions on this card.
